Reading just my previous post in July... What happened to me between then and now le?
I seem quite happy with my progress then, but what happened?
hmm... I was feeling really puffed and swollen, then i thought to myself, coz u are stress and studying for the exam, and sick at the same time jeh..
whenever i feel something is not rite... i tell myself something similar. Then one day, while i was walking around in my apartment.. i feel my excessive waving on my stomach.. then i know i got to a very horrible state. I went to check myself in the mirror and came to my horror, WHERE'S MY WAIST?! ahhhhh I turn my body checking it thoroughly... noooooo. Instead of feeling bad this time, i had an urge of sweeping my upper body straight away, so i did.
First, i did 3 sweeps each side and 6 on the left breast, trying to lure myself into doing this excercise again by telling myself that this is easy. Then i did my neck roll. The effect was already noticable, my waist had a curve again. my arms are less puffed and breasts are more relaxed on my chest with white stretch marks. Then the next time, i did 6 sweeps each side and 12 sweeps on left breast. When sweeping my lower middle towards my chest, i feel kinda sick and started burping a lot for the next few days.
I can see that my breast are in a better shape, the skin on my chest are less lumpy and more smooth. There's a cool feeling all over my upper body when done. The part near my ribs are all flappy and loose. Even my lower back is flatter.
